Where The Path May Lead

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”

Definitely good advice from Mr. Emerson. However, in this case the path leads right by a pretty bird bath and to a surprisingly comfortable garden bench. Relaxing on the bench for a few minutes and watching the birdies as they come and go and take a drink or enjoy a splash in the cool water isn’t such a bad place to be. So, Mr. Emerson … this time, I don’t think I’ll take your advice. Thanks just the same!!

Original photographic image taken in our garden May 7, 2015 with the Nikon D750 and the Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8. Treated to lots of edits in Photoshop then added to Corel Painter 2015 for a complete hand-painting.

As always, a click on the image takes you to my website where you can view with a much less intrusive watermark.  And also as always, I’d love to hear from you … leave a message and tell me about your favorite garden path!

I'd love to hear your thoughts!
